Dripping, fractured eyes
Drained of motion
I tried to let out a cry
For all the dark in me to end now
But where’s the sense in us
Denigrating our befallen wishes
I wonder if they’ll come
With all indifference before us
Hanging on for life
Speeding down this dead end road
With eyes closed

Wake me up someday
And take me back
To the beginning
